Its got loads of traditional recipes in and its like a Cypriot cooks bible. It has everything you would ever want to cook and is a great help when trying to impress your inlaws with traditional dishes. Its even got recipes that we can use int he run up to easter such as flaounes, koulourakia, trahana etc....its really good and I strongly recommend it.
